Our village will consist of five cottages, gazebo, walking trails and water fountains. Our four 1BR/1BA guests' cottages will be available for rent @ $120.00 a month or $25.00 a night.​ We also have 50x100 lots available @ $4,000.00 per lot. New Construction 1BR/1BA Cottages available @ $10,000 and 2BR/2BA available @ $20,000.
